Original photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by the photo converter. Projects are saved locally in this browser when you enable saving; clearing browser storage can remove them.
To purchase access and generate paid exports, your browser sends the bead grid, palette and export options to our server. The purchase is tied to a private browser cookie. We retain order references, amounts, payment status and technical audit records to deliver access, recover purchases and reconcile payments.
Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout. BeadPanda does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe processes checkout information under its own privacy notice.
Recovery codes grant access to purchases: keep them private. We do not use advertising trackers. Server security logs can include IP addresses and request timing. Contact support about your data or a deletion request; payment records may need to be retained for accounting and legal obligations.
Children should use the studio with a parent or guardian. Purchases and support requests should be handled by an adult.
